DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

Yes, Timothée Damas provides international delivery to a variety of destinations worldwide, including Europe, the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Bahrain, Kuwait, and South Africa. Contact Timothée Damas regarding shipping to your country.

 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the progress of your shipment.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The Timothée Damas fine art prints usually take around 10-14 business days for printing, mounting, framing, and shipping. After shipment, you will be provided with a tracking number. Typically, most orders take 3-5 days for delivery.

 

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOUR COURIERS?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the progress of your shipment.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

At present, Timothée Damas does not provide expedited shipping options.

 

WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If by any chance your print arrives damaged, please notify Timothée Damas immediately. Kindly send photos of the damaged piece and its packaging to contact@timotheedamas.com for assistance. Even if there are no obvious signs of damage, please include photos of the box your art arrived in.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the products, Timothée Damas is unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact the support team immediately for assistance.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PIECE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Unfortunately, all sales are final, and Timothée Damas cannot accommodate exchanges since each piece is custom-made.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are encouraged to review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy in specifications, sizing, and other details. Once you place your order it cannot be cancelled.

THE ARTWORK

WHICH GLASS MATERIAL DO YOU USE FOR YOUR FRAMED ART?

Three mm thick UV-blocking acrylic glass for all fine art prints. Acrylic glass is more expensive than equivalent protection glass but it is chosen for its superior protection and reduced likelihood of transit damage.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE FRAMES MADE FROM?

Frames are crafted from wood, individually assembled for each order and will be available in three distinct colors: WHITE matte, BLACK matte, and NATURAL OAK. 

 

ARE THE PRINTS GLOSSY OR MATTE?

Every artwork is a Giclée print on 310 gsm fine art matte paper. 

 

ARE ANY PRINTS SIGNED OR NUMBERED?

If not stated otherwise the prints are labeled as Open Edition. Furthermore, every single print will be paired with a genuine certificate of authenticity signed by the Timothée Damas curator.

 

WHAT IS A GICLÈE PRINT? 

In essence, a giclée (derived from the French word „gicleur“), meaning „to spray“, is a fine art print crafted using a specialized high-resolution inkjet printer. While categorized as an "art print," Giclée prints distinguish themselves through their exceptional quality, prolonged durability, and elevated value when contrasted with typical prints.

DOES THE FRAMED PRINTS COME WITH A HANGING HARDWARE?

Every framed print comes with a ready to hang hanging system. The three smallest sizes come equipped with D-rings and string, while the three largest sizes feature square brackets to ensure stability for each size. Both variations are compatible with common gallery hanging systems.
